WHO WE ARE
The Parent Revolution was started by a coalition of organizations, led by the Los Angeles Parents Union (LAPU). LAPU was founded in 2006 as a coalition of parents who tired of sending our kids to broken schools. For too long, everyone else has been in charge of our children’s schools. Politicians. Bureaucrats. Special interests. They had the power. We were told to do the bake sales.
Now its our turn to take back the power over child’s education. We are the only ones who will always stand up for our children, no matter what.
Parents rights. Great schools. More accountability. That’s what the Los Angeles Parents Union stands for.
